Mind&Bind uygulamasını kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Lütfen dikkatlice okuyunuz.
1. Hizmetin Tanımı
Mind&Bind, etkinlik ve organizasyon yönetimini kolaylaştıran bir mobil uygulamadır. Kullanıcılar organizasyon oluşturabilir, katılımcı ekleyebilir, QR/NFC ile hızlı kayıt yapabilir ve rapor üretebilir.
2. Hesap Oluşturma
- Hesap oluşturmak için 18 yaşından büyük olmalısınız.
- Doğru ve güncel bilgiler verirsiniz. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Şifrenizi kimseyle paylaşmamalı, şüpheli erişim durumunda derhal bize bildirmelisiniz.
3. Ücretsiz ve Premium Kullanım
Uygulamanın temel özellikleri (1 organizasyon oluşturma dahil) ücretsizdir. Premium abonelik ile şunlara erişebilirsiniz:
- Sınırsız organizasyon oluşturma
- Sınırsız katılımcı ekleme
- QR kod ve NFC tarama
- PDF ve Excel dışa aktarma
4. Abonelik Koşulları
- Abonelik ücretleri Google Play tarafından ödeme yönteminizden tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenilenmeyi durdurmak için Google Play > Abonelikler bölümünden iptal etmeniz gerekir.
- Aboneliğinizi mevcut dönem bitmeden iptal etmeniz durumunda, dönem sonuna kadar premium erişiminiz devam eder.
- Fiyat değişiklikleri kullanıcılara önceden bildirilir; kabul etmezseniz aboneliğinizi iptal edebilirsiniz.
- Ödeme iadesi talepleri Google Play politikalarına tabidir.
5. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
- Yasa dışı içerik yüklemek, üretmek veya paylaşmak yasaktır.
- Başkalarının kişisel verilerini (katılımcı bilgileri) rızası olmadan işlememelisiniz.
- Uygulamaya zararlı yazılım göndermek, sistemi manipüle etmek veya yetkisiz erişim denemesi yapmak yasaktır.
- Katılımcı verilerinin işlenmesinde KVKK (Türkiye) veya GDPR (AB) yükümlülüklerinizi yerine getirmekten siz sorumlusunuz.
6. Fikri Mülkiyet
Mind&Bind uygulamasının kaynak kodu, tasarımı, logosu ve markası bize aittir. Uygulama içinde kullanıcının oluşturduğu içerik kullanıcıya aittir.
7. Hizmetin Kesintiye Uğraması
Uygulamayı kesintisiz sunmak için çaba göstersek de, bakım, güncelleme veya öngörülemeyen teknik sorunlar nedeniyle geçici kesintiler yaşanabilir.
8. Hesap Kapatma
Bu şartları ihlal ettiğinizde hesabınızı önceden bildirim yapmadan kapatabiliriz. Siz de dilediğiniz zaman uygulama içindeki Hesabı Sil özelliğiyle hesabınızı silebilirsiniz.
9. Şartlarda Değişiklik
Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur.
10. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklar İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri'nin yetkisindedir.

1. Service Description
Mind&Bind is a mobile app that streamlines event and organization management. Users can create organizations, add attendees, register attendees quickly via QR/NFC, and generate reports.
2. Account Creation
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
- You provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your account.
- Do not share your password with anyone. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Free and Premium Use
The core features of the app (including creating 1 organization) are free. A Premium subscription unlocks:
- Unlimited organizations
- Unlimited attendees
- QR code and NFC scanning
- PDF and Excel export
4. Subscription Terms
- Subscription fees are charged to your payment method by Google Play.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. To stop renewal, cancel via Google Play > Subscriptions.
- If you cancel before the current period ends, premium access continues until the end of the period.
- Price changes are announced in advance; if you do not accept, you can cancel your subscription.
- Refund requests are governed by Google Play policies.
5. User Responsibilities
- You may not upload, produce, or share unlawful content.
- Do not process others' personal data (attendee information) without their consent.
- You may not attempt to send malware to the app, manipulate the system, or attempt unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for meeting KVKK (Turkey) or GDPR (EU) obligations when processing attendee data.
6. Intellectual Property
The Mind&Bind source code, design, logo, and brand belong to us. Content created by the user in the app belongs to the user.
7. Service Interruptions
Although we strive to provide the app without interruption, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
8. Account Termination
We may close your account without prior notice if you violate these terms. You can also delete your account any time via the in-app Delete Account feature.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Important changes are announced in the app.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
